Capital Investment and Social Mechanism in Britain’s Industrial Revolution (Revised Edition) intends to explain the relationship between capital and Britain’s industrial revolution. All economic activities are characterized by the use of resources. Efficiency and results varied significantly because of the difference in disposing resources. Efficiency linked capital to industrial revolution and the special social mechanism was the key to the increase of capital’s efficiency. To understand the relationship between capital and British industrial revolution is to understand the whole industrial revolution. British experience is a historical case that other nation need not to follow, while what it revealed is of universal significance. As resources are scarce in all society, finding out an effective mechanism to allocate them is of vital importance.
