Recently,  Tianjin Municipal People’s Governmenthas issued “The Announcement of the Tianjin Municipal People’s Government on the List of the Experts for Consultation and Demonstration of Major Administrative Decisions”. Prof. Hou Jianxin, senior professor of Tianjin Normal University and dean of Institute of European Civilization, was appointed as the expert for Education, Science, Culture and Health. The appointment indicated both Prof. Hou’s outstanding achievement in  academy and IEC’s new method for combination of world history’research and Public service.
